Why would you consider having a deep tissue treatment? Is it for you?
Perhaps start by asking a couple of questions about your body. Are there bits of your body stopping you doing what you love to do? Does it hurt when you carry out even the simplest of tasks ie. reaching for your seat belt, bending down or reaching upwards? If you have less movement than you used to have and/or have any level of pain or discomfort in your muscles or joints then yes my work can help, regardless of your age or fitness level. If you’re in any doubt drop me an email and ask the question. Lastly all I will say is “don’t put up with it”. If you think the pain has gone away on its own think again.
